Jena cream caramel with its delicious taste and easy to prepare with four flavors

  1. Natural cream caramel
  2. Cream caramel with strawberry flavor
  3. Cream caramel with banana flavor
  4. Cream caramel with chocolate flavor

 

Caramel Fluid:

Sugar - Glucose - Water.

Net Weight: 30gr +- 2%.

 

Preparation:

  1. Empty the caramel sachet contents in big moulds (1/2 liter) or in four small moulds
  2. Empty 2 cups of milk (1/2 liter) in a vessel then empty the cream caramel sachet contents in the vessel with blending.
  3. Put the mix on calm fire with continuous blending (to avoid the burning) and leave it to boil for two minutes.
  4. Put the mix in moulds which contain caramel fluid and leave it to be cold for half hour.
  5. Put the moulds in refrigerator to become cold and hold fast then turn it upside down in dishes and present it.
